At first - passion: everyone of us has a car, likes it, rides it a lot and knows what drivers needs are. We also have other vehicles like bikes, baby carts, trailers, yachts, motor boats etc. This is why Moto-Notes is an universal tool designed to handle all types of vehicles.

At second - need: we know that there is no other set of useful tools like Moto-Notes in Internet. This is why we have decided to create it and make freely available to all the people who would like to use it.
